Opening on the 1st of April 2023, Clury Croft Airigh is an idyllic place to stop over for a night or two.
Nestled in the Dulnain Valley between Carrbridge (4 miles) and Dulnain Bridge (1.5 miles), within the Cairngorm National Park. We are perfectly situated as a base for many of the local tourist destinations in the area.
Places to visit include Landmark Forest Adventure Park, Highland Wildlife Park, Rothiemurchus & the Cairngorm Mountain, the newly re-opened Funicular Railway, Abernethy National Nature Reserve and The Spay-side Way.
Not to mention Carrbridge Carriage Driving, right on your doorstep!!
PLEASE NOTE:- This campsite is NOT suitable for pitching tents! Due to the hard-standing ground conditions, it is not be possible to pitch a tent, also, there are no toilet or washing facilities at present.
Clury Croft Airigh is a "Basic" overnight stop for self-contained motor-homes, camper vans and caravans.
Situated on a quiet, single track road, just off Carr Road, (C1119), there is plenty of hard-standing for up to 3 vehicles to park.
Wake up in the morning to Roe Deer grazing in the fields, along with Brown Hare, Pheasants and Partridge, while in the sky's you might see Red Kite, Buzzards and if your very lucky, a Golden Eagle!
There's also a communal seating area for your to relax in the evening.
Parking is £10 per night, per vehicle, off season, £12 .50per night high season (no electric hook-ups).
Please Note:- at present, there are no facilities to top up your clean water tank, nor empty your grey/black waste tanks! This is something we are working on, and hope to offer this service as the year progresses.
(Anyone emptying their grey/black waste tanks illegally will be issued with a £250 fine.)
